{"id":1054,"date":"2018-09-13T05:22:54","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T09:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/?p=1054"},"modified":"2019-02-11T10:36:34","modified_gmt":"2019-02-11T15:36:34","slug":"on-todays-show-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/blogs\/2018\/09\/on-todays-show-6\/","title":{"rendered":"On Today&#8217;s Show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>LIFESTYLE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Philadelphia Insectarium was robbed of roughly 7,000 bugs, spiders, scorpions, millipedes, frogs, and snakes were stolen in total, and, uh, no one seems to know where they are.<\/p>\n<p>According to the museum&#8217;s owner, the massive &#8220;live-insect heist&#8221; cost the museum nearly 80 percent of its insect population, a staggering $40,000 haul and security footage of the heist caught a couple of employees pulling off the job. They allegedly managed to slowly sneak bins of bugs out of the museum over the course of a few days. \u00a0Among the thousands of stolen insects the thieves allegedly stole a bunch of <strong>warty glowspot roaches<\/strong>,\u00a0some <strong>venomous red spot assassin bugs<\/strong>, predators with an\u00a0extremely painful bite\u00a0; and <strong>one six-eyed sand spider<\/strong>, a spindly, easily camouflaged monster whose venom can kill you.\u00a0 Police have searched the homes of the two suspects but they still can&#8217;t find all the bugs: They&#8217;ve only managed to recover about a dozen, meaning thousands of spiders, scorpions, and insects could literally be anywhere right now. As to motive they believe the two planned to sell them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a guy named Carlos Zetina who&#8217;s a student at the University of Calgary.\u00a0 And last week, he was at a bar on campus when he met a girl named Nicole.\u00a0 They hit it off, but she accidentally typed her number into his phone wrong.<\/p>\n<p>So the next day, he found every Nicole in the student directory . . . all 246 of them . . . and he sent them an email to try to find that one special Nicole.<\/p>\n<p>But . . . it didn&#8217;t work exactly like he planned for two reasons.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Nicole he met wasn&#8217;t in the directory, so she wasn&#8217;t one of the 246 he emailed.<\/li>\n<li>And he didn&#8217;t BCC everyone, he just plopped all their addresses into an email.\u00a0 So they started replying to EACH OTHER, and cut him off the email chain.\u00a0 Now they&#8217;re becoming friends.
