The bizarre concoction, which was shared on US-based BuzzFeed Tasty’s Instagram page, garnered hundreds of comments from disgusted users – who were not impressed at the variety of ingredients.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n One user claimed they would ‘rather die of a cold’ than drink the mixture, while another insisted that you would ‘stink for a whole week’ if you consumed the liquid.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The remedy requires one whole piece of ginger, which is quartered, peeled and minced followed by 12 cloves of minced garlic and four cinnamon sticks. Then comes two halved jalapeno and habanero peppers, two sprigs of rosemary, one orange, two lemons, one apple, one onion, two tablespoons of honey and one cup of apple cider vinegar.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The ingredients are all added to a large glass jar where they are squashed into place with a wooden spoon. It needs to be stored in a cool dry place where it will ferment for three to six weeks, depending on how spicy you want the remedy to be.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The mixture is then strained through a sieve and the juice can be stored in a smaller jar in the fridge for one month.
