So for several months, they&#8217;d leave a bike on their front lawn to lure thieves in.\u00a0 And if anyone tried to steal it, they&#8217;d chase them down . . . and beat them with BASEBALL BATS. They beat up at least four would-be thieves between July and November.\u00a0 But neighbors say the real number was much higher.\u00a0 And a few were seriously injured. Apparently some of their neighbors supported what they were doing.\u00a0 But they got caught after trying to rack up likes by posting the security footage on YouTube. They&#8217;re facing charges for conspiracy and assault with a deadly weapon.\u00a0 But none of the thieves have been arrested, because Corey and Savannah never filed any police reports about the attempted thefts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Toronto woman said she feels uncomfortable after her neighbours installed a deck that faces directly into her bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI like for the light to come in through the window, so I\u2019ll open my blinds, forget there\u2019s a deck there and I\u2019ll look up and I\u2019ll see some guys looking at me,\u201d And she says she\u2019s been caught by the construction workers several times at various stages of undress.<\/p>\n<p>The house is typically vacant aside from contractors so she\u2019s been unable to speak with the homeowner about the issue directly. Although that\u2019s a bit of a stretch, it\u2019s still ridiculously small and also only weighs 31 grams.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With its one-inch square screen and keypad, it kind of looks like a bite-sized BlackBerry. It has most of the features you\u2019d expect on a modern smartphone, with the exception of music streaming.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To compensate, it offers a tiny FM radio. The T2 will retail at US$130 but can be purchased now through Kickstarter with a $59 pledge plus shipping.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ve got until Feb. 11. Researchers from the University of Manchester looked at mice, and found that collagen, or substance that provides the body with structure and elasticity, is repaired in the body when we sleep, and the processs is highly influenced by our body clocks. Also, collagen plays a role in how our skin appears&#8211; so in some sense &#8220;beauty sleep&#8221; is really a thing. Since our body clocks get less percise as we age, the scientists hope this information could one day help them unlock some of the mysteries of aging.<\/p>\n<p>______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SAM HUNT DUI CASE GOES TO TRIAL IN MARCH <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sam Hunt\u00a0<\/strong>was due in court on Friday (Jan. 17th) morning in Nashville to answer to charges of DUI and open container violations following his November arrest, that the hearing was canceled. According to reports, the case has been turned over to a higher court and Sam is now scheduled to go to trial on March 17th.<\/p>\n<p>Sam was arrested on Nov. 21st. He failed a sobriety field test and his blood alcohol content was .173 at the time. The legal limit is .08.
