A Dallas woman discovered her bank account had more than $37 million in it — but it turned out to be a clerical error. She told her husband about the mysterious fortune and he called the bank. “I was a millionaire, I have a screen shot of it so I can say that now,” Balloon said. “It’s quite a story.” It\u2019s a good thing she didn\u2019t spend any of the money because a New York man was sentenced to probation in 2010 when $5 million was mistakenly deposited into his bank account. He claimed he repeatedly tried to work the situation out with his bank, but ended up spending a chunk of the funds on investments, gifts and medical costs. He was originally charged with larceny, but pleaded guilty to a lesser charge as part of a deal with prosecutors. He was sentenced to probation.<\/p>\n

There’s a 96-year-old woman in Toronto named Jean Moffatt who never got to go to college, because her parents only had enough money to send her brother.\u00a0 So instead, she became an expert ham radio operator.\u00a0 And last week, she\u00a0got\u00a0to check off her biggest bucket-list item . . . by using a ham radio to talk to an astronaut on the International Space Station.\u00a0 She called it the highlight of her life, even though the connection wasn’t the clearest.<\/p>\n

No word on a release date yet. Bambi was originally released in 1942, following the life of a young fawn learning to live in the forest.       \n<\/u>Colgate has launched what is being called the first toothpaste available in a fully recyclable tube.<\/p>\n

      The \u201cSmile For Good\u201d brand, which is only available in Europe at this point, is not only recyclable, it has been certified \u2018Vegan\u2019 as well, because the container is not manufactured with animal fat.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Most toothpaste manufacturers make tubes out of plastic and aluminum so they\u2019re difficult to recycle. Colgate\u2019s new Smile for Good toothpaste comes in a tube made from high-density polyethylene, the same plastic used in milk jugs.<\/p>\n

      The problem is the cost. A single tube is selling for the equivalent of $5.56 US.

      \n<\/u>With the Super Bowl set to go on Sunday, keep this bit of information in mind if you are doing the hosting: Food is more important than the game when it comes to reasons for attending a Super Bowl party, according to new research.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      A survey of 2,000 adults asked respondents the top reasons for getting together on the biggest sporting day of the year \u2014 and found that food topped the list (56%). The next most popular reason was simply being social (54%), while less than half (49%) said the game itself was the main reason to take part in a Super Bowl party.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      The number four and five spots were family time (45%) and to watch the commercials (38%). 40% of respondents have been so wrapped up in the food and social side of things that they missed most of the game, while 32% of respondents revealed they\u2019ve called in sick to work the day after the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n

            It\u2019s where Frank Sinatra did it his way. Old Blue Eyes\u2019 gold-topped toilets are among the rare items from his Chairman\u2019s Suite at the Golden Nugget hotel in Atlantic City that are going on the auction block Sunday.<\/p>\n

            The collection has other items from Sinatra\u2019s collection, including furniture, lamps, artwork, antique clocks and four marble, gold-lidded privies.<\/p>\n

            Estimated to have cost up to $30,000 when new, the fancy toilets are expected to go at a bargain price by comparison \u2014 up to $4,000. The auction house warns interested bidders that while the toilets\u2019 marble is in good condition, the golden seats have lost some of their luster.<\/p>\n

            A former college quarterback himself,\u00a0Sam Hunt<\/strong>\u00a0is liking the talent that the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers are bringing to the\u00a0Super Bowl<\/em>\u00a0on Sunday (Feb. 2nd). He tells us it’s definitely going to be a good matchup.\u00a0[<\/strong>\u201cI think it\u2019s gonna be exciting. It\u2019s like the new generation\u00a0Super Bowl<\/em>\u00a0almost. The quarterbacks are great. I really like that Mahomes guy. I mean he represents a whole new era of quarterback. The game has changed a lot over the years, and I like watching great offenses. I like quarterbacks who throw the ball around, score lots of points, and these two teams do that. They\u2019ve got a lot of exciting players. So, I think this one\u2019s gonna be one for the books, for sure.\u201d]<\/p>\n

            Mitchell Tenpenny<\/strong>\u00a0will be among the millions tuning in to this weekend’s Super Bowl game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, and he’s rooting for the Chiefs to win. He tells us:\u00a0[“My prediction for the Super Bowl this year has gotta be the Chiefs. I think Mahomes is such a special talent. And, you know, Garoppolo\u2019s incredible too. It\u2019s gonna be really hard to stop Pat\u00a0(Mahomes).\u00a0I think he wants, that team wants it bad and I\u2019m going for the Chiefs.”]<\/p>\n

            Kenny Chesney Doesn’t Eat Carbs After 5:00 P.M.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

            If it’s ever proved that dieting and exercise are a hoax, then I expect\u00a0KENNY CHESNEY<\/strong>\u00a0to melt into a puddle of sadness and regret.\u00a0 While we belly-up to curly fries and donut holes, he still eats like he’s training for the Olympics.<\/p>\n

            Here’s what he said in a recent interview, quote, “The thing that works for me, as far as getting lean, is I try to not eat any carbohydrates after five, and that’s hard to do. That’s no potatoes, no rice, no pasta, nothing.<\/p>\n

            “I eat protein and double up on my vegetables, and I don’t eat any carbohydrates after 5:00 P.M. \u00a0You go to bed at night without eating any carbs, and you wake up feeling leaner.”<\/p>\n

            If that was my five o’clock dinner, by 5:05 my nose would be in a bag of “Double Stuf\u00a0Oreos.”\u00a0 Not Kenny.\u00a0 If he’s still hungry at night, he reaches for the blender.<\/p>\n
