The federal government announced that anyone coming back to Canada from another country must self-isolate for 14 days upon their return. The government is invoking the Quarantine Act to force returning travellers to self-isolate. The measure is not retroactive for people who have already returned. But now anyone who crosses the border into Canada will have their personal information recorded in order to help authorities monitor if they are obeying the order.<\/p>\n

Golf courses in Chatham-Kent are among the many businesses having to close their services. The courses were not one of the businesses deemed essential, therefore they were ordered to close their doors by 12:01 a.m. Wednesday. Talbot Trail Golf Club in Wheatley announced on Tuesday that the order to close means the course will not be opened by its projected date.<\/p>\n
Southside Tap and Grille in Chatham also announced back on March 17 that they made the decision to close both the restaurant portion of the establishment as well as the mini putt, golf course and driving range.<\/p>\n
