The government is invoking the Quarantine Act to force returning travellers to self-isolate. The measure is not retroactive for people who have already returned. But now anyone who crosses the border into Canada will have their personal information recorded in order to help authorities monitor if they are obeying the order.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Golf courses in Chatham-Kent are among the many businesses having to close their services. The courses were not one of the businesses deemed essential, therefore they were ordered to close their doors by 12:01 a.m. Wednesday.
