At each stage, public health officials will be looking for a consistent decrease in new daily cases, and a decrease in the number of hospitalizations.<\/p>\n<p>In Stage 1 some businesses will be allowed to open if they can immediately meet or modify operations to meet public health guidance. More outdoor spaces will also be allowed to open and a greater number of individuals will be able to attend some events like funerals.<\/p>\n<p>Each stage is expected to last two to four weeks to evaluate how the lifted measures are affecting the spread of the virus. After a two week period, the situation will be re-evaluated to determine if it is necessary to change the course to maintain public health.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the province announced schools would be closed until at least May 31.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson are donating plasma to potentially help save lives, because they now carry the antibodies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 The pandemic may have pumped the brakes on a lot of movie productions, but James Gunn, the director of DC Comics\u2019 upcoming \u201cSuicide Squad\u201d reboot and Marvel\u2019s \u201cGuardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3\u201d, says his films will be unaffected. Gunn was taking fan questions on his Twitter account and said that the Aug. 6, 2021, release date for The Suicide Squad is not in jeopardy because shooting has wrapped and they had already \u201cset up editing from our homes before quarantine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 The more you walk, the longer you\u2019ll live. That\u2019s the main bit of advice from a new study that found a higher daily step count is associated with a lower mortality risk from all causes. And it\u2019s not about intensity; you don\u2019t have to run or jog. Just do a lot of walking. The study found that people who walked 8,000 steps per day had a 51% lower risk of dying from any cause than those who only walked 4,000 steps per day (which is considered low for an adult). This sparked the idea of a toilet roll cake made of oat batter, passion fruit mousse and covered with white fondant. The first five sold within an hour, and the cake became a social media hit. The bakery now has hundreds of orders and its owner has been able to hire two extra people.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 A hospital in Memphis found 27,000 old N95 masks in storage that were still
