Well . . . she was holding a toy Stormtrooper blaster gun.\u00a0 And a few people saw that and CALLED THE COPS.\u00a0 Apparently they mistook it for a real gun, even though the woman was in full costume. The Police came, pulled real guns on her, pushed her to the ground, handcuffed her, and put her in a police car. It took about an hour before everything was sorted out and she was released without any charges. The owner of the restaurant says he&#8217;s been talking with the employee&#8217;s family about potentially taking action against the Police.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 An entire group of circus performers and work staff have been\u00a0stuck\u00a0in a north Texas parking lot for weeks because of the pandemic.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s Cirque MonteCarlo Circus Operations Manager, Cindi Cavallini. \u00a0 (Chefs, welders, aerialists, jugglers and yes, clowns, along with their 14 RVs, 12 semi-trailers, and seven semi-tractors, stuck living in a parking lot since mid- March.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 By now, you&#8217;ve probably heard that MURDER HORNETS have\u00a0made their way\u00a0from Asia to Canada and the U.S. for the first time.\u00a0 Well, apparently if they don&#8217;t murder you, they can make for a delicious snack.<\/p>\n<p>In Japan . . . where the murder hornets kill up to 50 people a year . . . people have been eating them for a while.\u00a0 They&#8217;re even considered a delicacy.<\/p>\n<p>It turns out they&#8217;re pretty high in protein, and since they&#8217;re two inches long, they&#8217;re easy to pan fry and serve on a skewer.\u00a0 And more than 30 fancy restaurants have them on the menu.<\/p>\n<p>A guy in New York who runs a company dedicated to edible insects says, quote, &#8220;People have compared it to a popcorn-y flavor without the butter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 <em><strong>&#8220;Twilight&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0author\u00a0<strong>STEPHENIE MEYER<\/strong>\u00a0announced that a new book in the series is coming out on August 4th.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s called\u00a0<em><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hachettebookgroup.com\/titles\/stephenie-meyer\/midnight-sun\/9780316707046\/\"><strong>Midnight Sun<\/strong><\/a><em><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><\/em>, and it&#8217;s a re-telling of the love story between Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, but\u00a0from Edward&#8217;s perspective\u00a0this time.\u00a0 That would be the\u00a0<strong>ROBERT PATTISON<\/strong>\u00a0character. Pop-rock artist Mads Langer staged a show in the city of Aarhus last week, with 500 tickets selling out in six days. Aarhus played live, facing a lot where drivers observed social-distancing rules and listened to the music on their FM radios.
