She said they had no idea and were horrified. After that, she started going to therapy.<\/p>\n<p>Lindsay said the release date for the song, \u201cMake You,\u201d was intentional.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI wanted to release it on Global Forgiveness Day. Forgiving people in our past is a huge thing for whatever reason, but forgiving yourself is so important.
