\u27a2 It may not be “Shark Week” but there are plenty of shark news stories.\u00a0 New York City and Jersey Shore residents better look out… there have been\u00a0three shark sightings<\/a>\u00a0already in the local waters.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And in waters off of North Australia, multiple species of\u00a0“walking sharks”<\/a>\u00a0have been discovered.\u00a0 This evolutionary feature helps sharks slink along dry land and the bottom of shallow waters.\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cInstead of swimming around, these little bottom-dwelling sharks actually \u2018walk\u2019 using their pectoral and pelvic fins, which makes it easier for them to poke their heads under coral and rocks as they look for small fish, snails and crustaceans to eat,\u201d<\/p>\n

\u27a2 A couple guys were\u00a0fishing<\/a>\u00a0for snapper when a great white shark started circling their boat.\u00a0 The guys stuck a GoPro in the water and recorded the shark\u00a0biting<\/a>\u00a0the boat.\u00a0 \u00a0(The camera was underwater when he says “He just bit the boat.”)<\/p>\n

\u27a2 People working remotely could soon do so from the Caribbean. Barbados is thinking about introducing a \u201c12-month Barbados welcome stamp\u201d that would allow visitors the option to work remotely from the Caribbean island for a year at a time.<\/p>\n

Tourism makes up about 40 percent of the country\u2019s gross domestic product, and about 30 percent of its workforce is employed by the industry. Their PM says, \u201cYou don\u2019t need to work in Europe, or the US or Latin America if you can come here and work for a couple of months at a time; go back and come back.\u201d Barbados officially reopened its borders to international travel Sunday.<\/p>\n

\u27a2 TOM BERGERON<\/strong>\u00a0is OUT at\u00a0“Dancing with the Stars”<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0after 15 years and 28 seasons.\u00a0\u00a0ERIN ANDREWS<\/strong>\u00a0won’t be back either.\u00a0 She’s been with the show since Season 18 in 2014.<\/p>\n

There’s no word on WHY Tom isn’t being brought back . . . but it’s possible that it had to do with him\u00a0publicly denouncing<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0the casting of\u00a0SEAN SPICER<\/strong>\u00a0last year.\u00a0 He said the producers previously promised NOT to cast a polarizing politician.<\/p>\n

No replacements have been named.<\/p>\n
