{"id":1651,"date":"2018-10-03T05:18:29","date_gmt":"2018-10-03T09:18:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/?p=1651"},"modified":"2019-02-11T10:36:19","modified_gmt":"2019-02-11T15:36:19","slug":"on-todays-show-20","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/blogs\/mornings\/2018\/10\/on-todays-show-20\/","title":{"rendered":"On Today&#8217;s Show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>LIFESTYLE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Belize Tourism Board just announced that they&#8217;re going to be hosting the world&#8217;s biggest game of hide-and-seek.<\/p>\n<p>Four people will hide around Belize, and one person will be the &#8220;seeker&#8221; who will have one week to find them using clues.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re interested, you can apply to be a hider or seeker by next Monday, and the game is the week of November 12th.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re one of the five people they pick, they&#8217;ll fly you to Belize to participate for free.<\/p>\n<p>You can apply by emailing <strong>HideAndSeekBelize@gmail dot com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A study has determined that if you want to get the maximum health benefits from your coffee habit, you should aim to drink 3-4 cups per day.\u00a0 They d found that drinking three or four cups per day was associated with a lower risk of heart disease and of death from any cause.<\/p>\n<p>Though the largest benefit was associated with drinking that amount, drinking even more than that wasn\u2019t found to be harmful, but the benefits were less pronounced.\u00a0 Drinking coffee is associated with a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, gallstones, renal stones, gout, some types of cancer, Parkinson\u2019s disease, depression, and Alzheimer\u2019s disease.
