\u27a2 A 12-year-old in Colorado\u00a0was<\/a>\u00a0suspended from school after his teacher spotted him holding a green, toy gun during an online class.\u00a0 Cops also showed up at his house.\u00a0 His parents weren’t happy about how the school handled it.<\/p>\n

\u27a2 The National Toy Hall of Fame just announced the finalists for its 2020 class, including Jenga . . . Lite-Brite . . . He-Man action figures . . . My Little Pony . . . Risk . . . sidewalk chalk . . . and Yahtzee.\u00a0 The winners will be voted on by toy industry experts . . . plus public voting at\u00a0ToyHallOfFame.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for the next week.\u00a0 Around three of the 12 toys will wind up getting inducted. \u00a0They’ll be announced on November 5th.<\/p>\n

\u27a2 Probably the most famous golf caddy from the movies, Danny Noonan, in 1980’s “Caddyshack” wants to caddy at the U.S. Open Golf Championship.\u00a0 Actor Michael O’Keefe volunteered his services for this year’s tournament.\u00a0 The 65-year-old\u00a0said<\/a>\u00a0in a Golf.com article, “If not now, I may not have another chance.”\u00a0 Here he is, with Chevy Chase, as the caddy in a\u00a0scene<\/a>\u00a0from “Caddyshack”.\u00a0 (The 120th\u00a0U.S. Open<\/a>\u00a0will be held without fans this year, and played next week, September 14th through the 20th, in Mamaroneck, New York.)<\/p>\n

Trivia:<\/strong>\u00a0 What famous musician did Michael used to be married to?\u00a0 Multi-Grammy winning artist, Bonnie Raitt, 1991 to 1999.<\/p>\n

\u27a2 RICK MORANIS\u00a0<\/strong>stepped away from Hollywood in the early ’90s to raise his kids after his wife died of breast cancer . . . and he’s basically been M.I.A. ever since.<\/p>\n

But he’s been lured out of retirement to do a commercial with\u00a0RYAN REYNOLDS\u00a0<\/strong>for Mint Mobile.\u00a0 The clip is mostly just Ryan fangirling over Rick . . . and it’s awesome to see him again.<\/p>\n

Ryan said in a statement, quote, “Like many Canadians and humans, I adore and worship Rick Moranis. \u00a0From\u00a0‘Strange Brew’\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>to\u00a0‘Ghostbusters’\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>to\u00a0‘Spaceballs’\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>to\u00a0‘Honey, I Shrunk the Kids’<\/strong><\/em>. . .<\/p>\n

This isn’t just a one-and-done for Rick.\u00a0 He’s also doing the new\u00a0“Honey, I Shrunk the Kids”<\/em>, with\u00a0JOSH GAD\u00a0<\/strong>starring as his son.<\/p>\n

\u27a2 You know how everyone is excited for that\u00a0“Friends”<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0reunion special?\u00a0 Well, now there’s going to be one for\u00a0“The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0too.\u00a0\u00a0Will Smith\u00a0<\/strong>is\u00a0onboard<\/strong><\/a>, along with\u00a0Tatyana Ali\u00a0<\/strong>(Ashley),\u00a0Karyn Parsons\u00a0<\/strong>(Hilary),\u00a0Joseph Marcell<\/strong>\u00a0(Geoffrey),\u00a0Daphne Maxwell Reid<\/strong>\u00a0(Aunt Viv #2),\u00a0Alfonso Ribeiro\u00a0<\/strong>(Carlton), and\u00a0DJ Jazzy Jeff<\/strong>, who had a recurring role.<\/p>\n

There will also be some “surprise guests” . . . although sadly they won’t include\u00a0James Avery<\/strong>\u00a0(Uncle Phil), who passed away in 2013.\u00a0\u00a0Also, it’s VERY unlikely that the original Aunt Viv\u00a0Janet Hubert-Whitten<\/strong>\u00a0will be involved, since she’s NOT on good terms with Will or the other cast members. The special is scheduled to tape TODAY . . . the 30th anniversary of the debut . . . and air sometime around Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n

The reboot of \u201cThe Fresh Prince of Bel-Air\u201d is on. In a YouTube video, Will Smith announced that the new series \u201cBel-Air\u201d has been signed for two seasons by Peacock, NBCUniversal\u2019s streaming service.<\/p>\n
