Internet engineers visited the village of Aberhosan (pop. 400) and discovered a large burst of electrical interference occurred like clockwork at 7a.m. each day. The team traced the interference to a home, and found that the outages coincided with the resident\u2019s daily routine of switching on the TV each morning.
