The Ontario Poison Centre says it received 72 calls related to mushroom exposure in September compared to 38 in the same month last year.<\/p>\n
The centre says poisonous mushrooms can be easily mistaken for edible ones.<\/p>\n
Those with limited foraging experience are urged not to take the risk.<\/p>\n

Swedish researchers found that 42% of weighted blanket users see their insomnia go into remission after 4 weeks, and 78% were cured within a year. But how?<\/p>\n The thinking is that the weight in these blankets mimics the sensation of being held and touched. That effect calms the nerves and helps the body to relax, resulting in a better sleep.
