Construction crews are using old wine bottles to make bridges. A project has been launched to use 70,000 glass bottles to create a bridge on the city\u2019s Nuns\u2019 Island. Similar to the way wine bottles have been used in pavement, the glass will be powdered and mixed with cement to achieve a strong structure. A second bridge is set to begin construction next year. It was the last album by Brooks before his ten-year hiatus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>_____________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>FRIENDS FIND LOOPHOLE IN IRELAND\u2019S <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>COVID-19 DRINKING RESTRICTIONS <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some people get really creative when it comes to finding loopholes in COVID-19-related rules.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A group of friends in Ireland recently skirted lockdown rules by buying airline tickets costing about $12, not boarding their flight, and then just enjoying a few pints at the Dublin Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The Dublin Airport is considered an essential business and therefore is allowed to stay open despite the Level 5 lockdown restrictions in Ireland. People there have been banned from visiting each other\u2019s homes and yards, and pubs are only allowed to serve takeout pints until December 1st.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There is, however, a rule in place that anyone who buys alcohol (even at the airport) must also make a minimum food purchase of about $10.65.
