She adds that spending time outside helps regulate hormones and neurotransmitters that have a strong effect on moods, behavior, and the body\u2019s natural rhythmic patterns, so you\u2019ll want to be exposed to as much natural light as possible during the day. For cloudy days you might want to invest in a light therapy box, which gives off light that mimics natural sunlight.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 A few weeks ago, the police in Murrieta, California pulled over a Little Caesars pizza delivery driver for a traffic violation.\u00a0 And when the cops ran his name, they found he had an outstanding warrant, so they arrested him.<\/p>\n<p>But there was still an undelivered pizza in his car.<\/p>\n<p>So, the cops came up with a plan:\u00a0 One of them took the driver to jail . . . while the other one delivered the pizza to the customer who was waiting for it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 A cancer doctor in Arkansas named Omar Atiq recently closed his practice to start teaching.\u00a0 And on his way out, he\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodmorningamerica.com\/wellness\/story\/doctor-erases-cancer-patients-medical-debt-totaling-650000-74988887\">forgave<\/a>\u00a0$650,000 worth of his patients&#8217; medical debt.\u00a0 He sent letters to 200 people for Christmas to let them know they didn&#8217;t have to worry about it anymore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Proving once again that absolutely ANYTHING is fair game for a remake, a reboot, or a sequel . . . there&#8217;s a new\u00a0<em><strong>&#8220;Little House on the Prairie&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>in the works.<\/p>\n<p>This one will fall into the REBOOT category, and that&#8217;s about all that anyone knows about it so far.\u00a0 But sources say several potential buyers are already interested.<\/p>\n<p>The original\u00a0<em>&#8220;Little House&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0ran from 1974 to 1983 on NBC.\u00a0 It was based on the books of\u00a0<strong>Laura Ingalls Wilder<\/strong>, who wrote about her life growing up in the 1870s and 1880s in Wisconsin, Kansas, and Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 The Grammy Awards have officially been postponed until Sunday, March 14th.<\/p>\n<p>The Recording Academy released a joint statement along with CBS on Tuesday (January 5th) announcing that the show would no longer take place on January 31st due to concerns related to the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>They said, \u201cThe deteriorating COVID situation in Los Angeles, with hospital services being overwhelmed, ICUs having reached capacity, and new guidance from state and local governments have all led us to conclude that postponing our show was the right thing to do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0<em>Rolling Stone<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>Trevor Noah\u00a0<\/strong>will remain the host of the event<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TODAY IS\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cEpiphany\u201d (aka \u201cThree Kings Day\u201d), a public holiday in Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Puerto Rico. They say it can cure anything from migraines to anxiety and can succeed when more traditional medicines or therapy are ineffective. How much?
