The Lexington Humane Society says donors can pay $10 to get some \u201cretripootion\u201d for their broken hearts by having their ex\u2019s names inscribed on the inside of litter boxes to be used by the shelter\u2019s cats. In a Facebook post, the shelter said: \u201cCats can be spiteful creatures, and trust us, they are more than happy to take a #2 on your former #1.\u201d The \u201cDumps for the Dumped\u201d promotion ends on Friday, but the litter boxes will remain in place until Feb. 15 to ensure they get plenty of use on Valentine\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Is snow safe to eat? One professor says most snow is just as clean as any drinking water, and snowflakes have a harder time picking up soot and other air pollutants as they fall compared to raindrops. Once snow hits the ground, it stays clean until other things land on top of it.<\/p>\n<p>Once snow is on the ground it goes through a process called dry deposition, in which dust and dirt particles stick to the snow\u2014so don\u2019t eat brown snow. You should also avoid yellow snow, and even pink snow, as it\u2019s filled with algae that aren\u2019t good for digestion.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Suzanne Somers got quite the scare Friday when her Facebook Live was interrupted by a home intruder. She was filming a makeup video when a man entered her Palm Springs, Calif. home. Somers and her husband Alan Hamel played it cool as they attempted to find out what the intruder wanted, as followers watched in real time. The man, who said he was lost, said he was \u201cnot a scary person whatsoever.\u201d Somers told him he \u201cseemed like a nice person,\u201d but needed to leave, and the man said \u201cGod bless you\u201d before leaving the property. Police later caught up with the intruder and advised him not to trespass on private property, and didn\u2019t lay any charges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TODAY Twitter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>_________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>STUDY: TO SLEEP BETTER, LIFT MORE WEIGHTS <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Insomnia is no fun, and a new study finds you can increase your odds of sleeping well if you do some strength training. Researchers looked at a number of adults in Germany, and found that any muscle-strengthening done during a typical week was associated with a reduced prevalence of sleep rated as \u201cpoor\u201d or \u201cvery poor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This association also held even when researchers controlled for things like high body mass index, chronic disease, age, and smoking. The special will be hosted by Shelton and Paisley.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Morgan Wallen Posted a Five-Minute Apology Video on Instagram<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MORGAN WALLEN<\/strong>\u00a0posted a five-minute video yesterday on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CLIlsHGAp2k\/\"><strong>Instagram<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0where he owned-up to his actions, but did not ask for forgiveness, because he doesn&#8217;t believe he deserves it.\u00a0 Here are a few other things he said.<\/p>\n<p>The video we saw was him on &#8220;hour 72&#8221; of a bender . . . and since then he&#8217;s been sober.\u00a0 He waited on making this statement until he could apologize to all the people he&#8217;s let down, especially his parents and his son.<\/p>\n<p>He accepted invitations &#8220;from amazing black organizations and leaders.&#8221;\u00a0 Quote, &#8220;I heard first-hand personal stories from black people that shook me. \u00a0I know that what I&#8217;m going through this week doesn&#8217;t even compare to the trials I heard about from them.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He came away from those meetings with a deeper and clearer understanding of the weight of his words.\u00a0 Quote, &#8220;Our actions matter, our words matter, so please learn from my mistake.\u00a0 There&#8217;s no reason to downplay what I did.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s going to be off the grid for a while so he can get back in control of his habit and start living healthy, and being proud of his actions.<\/p>\n<p>As for those who&#8217;ve come to his defense, there&#8217;s this:\u00a0 Quote &#8220;Lastly, I appreciate those who have defended me but for today, please don&#8217;t.\u00a0 I was wrong.\u00a0 It&#8217;s on me to take ownership of this and I fully accept any penalties I face.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>______________________________________________________________________________<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TIM McGRAW SAYS BEING IN THE STUDIO WITH TYLER HUBBARD BROUGHT &#8216;ENERGY&#8217; <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Technology offers artists the ability to record songs together without ever having to step foot in the same room, and that has been helpful during COVID, however\u00a0<strong>Tim McGraw<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>FGL<\/strong>&#8216;s\u00a0<strong>Tyler Hubbard\u00a0<\/strong>thought it was important that they be together in the studio when they recorded their duet, &#8220;Undivided.&#8221; Tim tells us:\u00a0<strong>[\u201cYeah there\u2019s nothing like the energy, and you can see that in the video, the energy that we had and the fun we were having doing it. And especially this song in particular, I think this song lent itself to us being together in the studio, if nothing else, but for the title of the song.\u00a0 But the energy of the song I think really needed that. And I think that it really paid off in spades.
