That\u2019s actually a bit more difficult than it might initially sound, thanks in no small part to the fact that only 1,000 of the cars were made, and they were all allegedly pre-sold before Porsche even publicly announced the car\u2019s existence.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s offering up a private island valued at $555,000. The Porsche in question runs just shy of $300,000, which might sound like an incredibly good trade opportunity for any of the 1,000 owners who might want their own island.<\/p>\n<p>The island measures just three acres, and its one of many small chunks of land strewn along a huge stretch of the west coast of Florida. Clearwater, Florida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They called the manager of the store, and the van was still loaded with dozens of fresh donuts.\u00a0 But they would have been stale by the time they got them all back.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So the manager told police to KEEP them.\u00a0 Which is like a cop&#8217;s dream if you believe that old clich\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But then instead of eating them all, they decided to hand them out to the HOMELESS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They held back a few donuts for themselves.\u00a0 But they have a daily event next to the police station LUNCH \u2013 OR EARLY DINNER?<\/u><\/strong><u><br \/>\n<\/u>A Doctor who\u2019s the founder of the Intensive Dietary Management Program says that the solution to managing your weight effectively is as simple as eating your last meal of the day at 2pm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He says that one of the big differences between society before the obesity crisis and now is that back in, say, the 1970s, people generally only actually ate food in about a 10-hour window each day (breakfast at 8AM, dinner at 6pm).\u00a0 And the shorter your \u201cwindow of eating\u201d, the more likely that you are able to effectively manage your weight.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He points out that surprisingly, fasting after 2pm actually produces more feelings of fullness in the evening, once the body gets used to its new schedule after about four weeks.\u00a0 Most test subjects found the fasting period relatively easy to adhere to, but found it difficult to schedule dinner for 2pm\u2026especially those with a Ready for Work Takes Twice as Long When You Have a Kid<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new survey polled 2,000 people, including parents and non-parents.\u00a0 And it found that having just one kid makes your morning routine take TWICE as long.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The average person with NO kids said they can get ready for work and be out the door in 22 minutes if they&#8217;re in a rush.\u00a0 But for people with one child it was 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And the more kids you have, the longer it takes.\u00a0 But it&#8217;s not a huge jump.\u00a0 For example, people with one kid said it takes 18 minutes to have breakfast, compared to 24 minutes for people with three kids.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here are the top five everyday things that take longer when you have a kid . . .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Packing for a trip, 36 minutes longer . . . cleaning the house, 35 minutes longer . . . shopping for clothes, 33 minutes longer . . . ironing, 30 minutes longer . . . and going to the grocery store, also about 30 minutes longer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The survey found the average parent has a TOTAL of two hours of free time a day, compared to more than three hours for people without kids.<\/p>\n<p>Parents were also asked what they&#8217;d do if they suddenly had a free day without their kids around.\u00a0 And the top answer was . . . His last few hours were some of the most amazing moments I know I will ever have the privilege of witnessing . . . &#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Lauren canceled her scheduled tour performances with headliner\u00a0Cole Swindell\u00a0on Friday (October 19th) and Saturday (October 20th) to be with her family.<\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>KEITH URBAN VISITS HIS &#8216;BIGGEST FAN&#8217; IN HOSPICE CARE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keith Urban\u00a0made the day of a woman he called his &#8220;biggest fan&#8221; before his show on Thursday (October 18th) in Toledo, OH.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty-five-year-old\u00a0Marissa English\u00a0had tickets to see Keith, or &#8220;Mr. Hottie,&#8221; as she calls him, but her declining health forced her to miss the show. According to reports, English suffers from a &#8220;myriad of health conditions including water and an inoperable cyst on her brain, severe scoliosis and cerebral palsy,&#8221; and just recently entered hospice care.<\/p>\n<p>English&#8217;s nurses at Mercy Health St. Vincent Hospital started a social media campaign to get him to visit her<\/p>\n<p>Urban got the message, and showed up to spend about an hour with English, where he sang to her, talked to her and her family and took plenty of pictures.<\/p>\n<p>That night, he told the sold-out crowd about meeting \u201ca beautiful girl named Marissa . . .\u00a0 who I truly think is my biggest fan,&#8221; and he dedicated his concert there to her.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Loretta Lynn Had a &#8220;Brief Hospital Visit&#8221; . . .
