A woman who took her Porsche for a service checked her dashcam and discovered it was taken out for a joy ride. Jane Symonds said she brought in her sports care to Huw Lewis Tyres after it developed steering issues.<\/p>\n<p>When she picked up her Porsche Boxter, she noticed a quarter of a tank of gas had been used so she checked her dashcam footage. She found the car was taken out on country roads in Lampeter in Wales and the dashcam showed it hitting speeds of 89 miles per hour. She says she&#8217;s informed police and trading standard officers.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesman says one of their staff members has been dismissed for misconduct and &#8220;we&#8217;ve passed the matter onto the police, so it&#8217;s in their hands now.&#8221; They also apologized for the incident. Police say they&#8217;re investigating.<\/p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What is the first thing you reach for when you have a cold?\u00a0 I mean besides sympathy, guys!\u00a0 Kleenex.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it turns out, blowing your nose when you have a cold is a bad idea.\u00a0 I know, it goes against everything that your Mom taught you, but blowing your nose isn\u2019t a great idea when you have a cold \u2014 or any time, for that matter. An Allergist and immunologist explained<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBlowing your nose with too much force can actually cause breakage of vessels and undue stress.\u201d<\/strong> It can also force bacteria and other junk back up into your sinuses, putting you at greater risk of infection.<\/p>\n<p>While blowing your nose isn\u2019t a total no-no, it doesn\u2019t solve a lot, but it can give you a brief respite from your symptoms. But be sure to do it properly.
