\u27a2 <\/span>There’s a woman named Caron McBride, and she just got married in Texas.\u00a0 But when she went to try to change her last name, there was a problem . . . she had an outstanding FELONY charge back in her hometown of Norman, Oklahoma.<\/span><\/p>\n

She looked into it, and the felony embezzlement charge comes from 1999, when she rented a VHS tape of\u00a0<\/span>“Sabrina the Teenage Witch”<\/i><\/b>\u00a0from a video store and never returned it.\u00a0 The charges were filed in March of 2000.<\/span><\/p>\n

McBride claims it was actually someone she was living with who must have rented the VHS and never returned it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>Early in the pandemic, a teacher in Connecticut named Louis Goffinet\u00a0<\/span>raised<\/span><\/a>\u00a0a bunch of money online to buy groceries for families who were struggling.\u00a0 He was hoping to raise a few hundred bucks and ended up raising over $40,000.\u00a0 Which is great, but he didn’t have a charity or nonprofit attached.\u00a0 So now he’s been hit with a $16,000 tax bill.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>How far would you go for free food? California-based restaurant Farmer Boys announced it’s partnered up with a tattoo shop to offer three different 2-inch-by-2-inch tattoo designs. Customers who get the tattoos will get free burgers for a year from Farmer Boys locations. The chain says the promotion is in celebration of the chain\u2019s 40th anniversary. can sign up for tattoos on the restaurant\u2019s website.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>Tacos are the best food to brighten your mood if you\u2019re having a bad day. Or at least ONE of the best foods. A poll of 2,000\u00a0 found that eating something salty or something sweet can be an instant mood changer when you\u2019re down in the dumps. A quarter of respondents opt for salty treats on a bad day, while 31% prefer something sweet. The top foods people reach for on a bad day? 46% go for chocolate, 36% look for fast-food or candy, and 35% prefer chips. By the way, 41% said chocolate is what they reach for on a good day, too. <\/span><\/p>\n

                        Like, people who speak English keep on English subtitles just because they like them.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                Miranda Lambert was moved to tears during her first show back since the pandemic last Thursday (April 22nd) during her show at Billy Bob’s Texas while performing “The House That Built Me.” All three of her weekend back-to-back shows at the Fort Worth venue were sold out.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                Miranda told the crowd, \u201cNo matter what I\u2019ve ever done in my career and what I\u2019m still gonna do, somehow I still feel most at home on a barstool under a neon sign.
