\u27a2 <\/span>A 24-year-old guy named Philip Vu\u00a0<\/span>quit<\/span><\/a>\u00a0his bank job a while back to live out of his car and travel.\u00a0 And along the way, he made friends with a homeless guy named Mike in New Haven, Connecticut.\u00a0 Philip thought he was so interesting, he started posting videos of their conversations online, and they went viral.\u00a0 Then people reached out to ask how they could help Mike . . . and ended up donating $17,000.\u00a0 Here’s how he reacted when Philip gave him the first $1,000 in an envelope.<\/span><\/p>\n

As we head into the middle of spring, now is a good time to reverse the direction of your CEILING FANS. The blades are tilted at an angle for a reason.\u00a0 They should spin clockwise in the winter to pull colder air up from the floor.\u00a0 That way it mixes with the warm air near the ceiling and keeps you warmer.<\/span><\/p>\n

In spring and summer, they should spin counter-clockwise to push the air down, so it blows on you and keeps you cool.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you’ve never changed them before, there’s usually a black switch on the side of the fixture.\u00a0 Just clean the blades first, because they’re probably covered in dust, which will get EVERYWHERE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>\u00a0Channing Tatum keeps himself in fantastic shape.\u00a0 But not by choice.\u00a0 On “The Kelly Clarkson Show” yesterday he\u00a0<\/span>said<\/span><\/a>, quote, “As someone that has to work out for a job, I promise you: I would not look like this unless I had to be naked in most of my movies.”\u00a0 He added, quote, “At some point, I have to get better at acting so I don’t have to be naked in all of them.\u00a0 I literally get to work out as a job and it’s still hard.”\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
