\u27a2 <\/span>A Florida woman\u00a0<\/span>saved a kitten<\/span><\/a>\u00a0from a busy highway and paid $160 to Uber the kitten to a rescue group 80 miles away.\u00a0 Here’s Kylie Gross and the Uber driver talking about the rescue.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>A woman named Angela Holloway says she\u2019s been doing the grocery shopping for her mom and step-dad during the pandemic, and that she usually separates the pet food from the rest of the groceries. But Holloway recently got confused when her mom told her they had eaten \u201ca really lovely dinner of absolutely gorgeous p\u00e2t\u00e9and baked bread.\u201d It turns out the couple, originally from the U.K., are currently living in France, and no one had noticed they were actually eating cat food on baked bread.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They had apparently struggled with the French labeling on the packaging, and overlooked the photo of the cat on the can. Holloway says she burst into laughter when they showed her the empty can of cat food. Luckily, nobody got sick from consuming the pet food.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u27a2<\/span>A man named Jeremy, from Ohio, recently took to Reddit to share a letter he got from a neighbor. It accuses Jeremy of bringing down \u201call of the property values\u201d in what once was a \u201cbeautiful street with pretty homes and well-kept lawns.\u201d The issue: Jeremy\u2019s failure to weed his front yard. He admits he\u2019s worked hard on renovating his property, but has neglected the large yard of his home in recent weeks due to stormy weather.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The letter goes on to suggest he hire a teenager to weed his property if his \u201cwork schedule keeps [him] from keeping [his] property manicured.\u201d The letter ends with, \u201cSpring is now here, and it is time to keep their neighborhood looking good.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>TikTok stars Planb3e and Eric Howl are going viral after\u00a0<\/span>singing songs<\/span><\/a>\u00a0at strangers on the street and seeing who finishes the lyrics for them.\u00a0 Listen to them singing Gwen Stefani, Backstreet Boys, Miley Cyrus, and Will Smith songs with help from random people.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

COUNTRY MUSIC NOTE<\/b><\/p>\n

Tracy Lawrence\u00a0was shot in a robbery attempt\u00a0 in a hotel parking lot on Music Row just after completing vocals for his debut album in 1991.<\/span><\/p>\n

He went out to celebrate with a friend he had known since grade school. After a late night, he was dropping her off at the Nashville-area hotel she was staying at when three men encircled them in the parking lot as they got out of the car, pointing guns at them.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

They gave the thieves their keys, credit cards and more than $500 in cash, but it soon became clear that robbery was not their only motive. When the men asked what room, they were in and forced them to walk toward the hotel, Lawrence knew he had to act.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“In my mind, the only reason for taking us to a hotel room was to rape her, they didn\u2019t try to hide their faces. They would not have let us live. I decided that if I was going to die, I was going to die fighting.”<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lawrence lunged for the gun that was pressed to the back of his head as they walked toward the hotel, getting shot in the finger in the process. The other gunmen turned and also began firing. Lawrence took bullets in the hip, right arm and knee before dropping to the ground. His friend was able to get away as the men focused on Lawrence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Doctors say the shot to his hip missed a main artery by a tenth of a millimeter. He’d have bled to death quickly had it struck.<\/span><\/p>\n
