\u27a2 <\/span>The global shipping crisis, which has seen snarled supply chains and shutdowns in the pandemic, is getting worse. The Delta variant is sparking more critical port closures, such as the shutdown of a facility in China that\u2019s the world\u2019s 3<\/span>rd<\/span>-busiest container port.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Complications like this have a ripple effect on jammed warehouses and stretched road and rail capacity. They also increase shipping prices. Ultimately, the situation means shoppers will face higher prices and possible shipping disruptions going into the holiday season.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Coffee drinkers may be in for a rude awakening as production costs have hit a seven-year-high. Experts predict that supermarket prices are the most likely to increase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kids Are Pranking Their Parents in Scholarship Videos by Lying About How Hard Their Life Was<\/b><\/p>\n

Another TikTok trend is going viral.\u00a0 And thankfully, this one doesn’t involve\u00a0<\/span>hurting yourself<\/b><\/a>\u00a0. . . unless your mom slaps you upside the head.<\/span><\/p>\n

Teenagers are pranking their parents by having them sit in on video applications for FAKE college scholarships . . . and then LYING about how hard their life has been.<\/span><\/p>\n

The typical video goes something like this:\u00a0 They start by saying their mom or dad is the person who’s inspired them the most.\u00a0 And the parents always look proud at that point.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then they say they’ve had a really hard life, but their parent’s life has been even harder.\u00a0 And that’s when they say something like, “When my dad was younger, he went to PRISON for several years.” The goal is to see how long they can keep telling lies before their parent stops them.\u00a0 Some shut it down right away.\u00a0 Others sit there looking shocked, and wait for it to end before they start yelling.<\/span><\/p>\n

One girl who’s going viral got her mom to do it, and claimed she used to be a HOOKER.\u00a0 The mom immediately cracked up and couldn’t stop laughing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          LONG WEEKEND EVERY WEEKEND:<\/b><\/p>\n

          The largest-ever trial of the 4-day work week has been an \u201coverwhelming success\u201d and should be implemented, according to experts. The test, which took place in Iceland, involved about 1% of the country\u2019s 350,000 people.<\/span><\/p>\n

          It saw people working about 35-36 hours per week, spread over 4 days, with no reduction in pay. The results of the pilot, which ran between 2015-19, were then analyzed by research teams from both Iceland and the UK.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          They discovered that the more than 2,500 people who took part saw their productivity \u2013 and wellbeing \u2014 increase. As a result, Icelandic workers\u2019 unions have already started to negotiate for fewer working hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Ronnie Milsap<\/b>\u00a0is mourning the loss of his wife,\u00a0<\/span>Joyce<\/b>, who died on Monday (September 6th) at the age of 81 after 54 years of marriage.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Ronnie referred to Joyce as his “sapphire.” He is quoted in her obituary as saying, “There are no words, and not enough songs in the world to explain how much I love my Sapphire. She was the music and the feeling inside all of those songs, so if you loved my music, you understand some of how much I loved my my beautiful, beautiful wife. Blessedly\/Thankfully, she’s in heaven with our\u00a0<\/span>Todd<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 and I know somehow from heaven, she’s still here with me every day, because that’s just how she was.” Todd is their son who died in 2019 at the age of 49.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  TENILLE TOWNES ANNOUNCES FIRST HEADLINING CANADIAN TOUR<\/b><\/p>\n

                  Tenille Townes<\/b>\u00a0will head out on her first headlining Canadian run, called\u00a0<\/span>The Girl Who Didn’t Care Tour<\/span><\/i>, beginning on December 2nd in London, ON.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

                  A Talent Show Judge Once Told Keith Urban He Wasn’t Good Enough<\/b><\/p>\n

                  KEITH URBAN<\/b>\u00a0posted a\u00a0<\/span>video<\/b><\/a>\u00a0of himself getting terrible advice from a judge on an Australian talent show in 1983 . . . when he was 16 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n
