\u27a2\u00a0 <\/span>Have you\u00a0<\/span>seen<\/b><\/a>\u00a0the video from the University of Miami football game on Saturday?\u00a0 A stray CAT somehow got into the stadium, and ended up dangling from the upper deck by its claws.\u00a0 Then it FELL . . . but fans below used an American flag to CATCH it.<\/span><\/p>\n

A guy named Craig Cromer works for the university and has season tickets.\u00a0 He and his wife always\u00a0<\/span>bring<\/b><\/a>\u00a0a flag to the game to hang over the railing in front of their seats.<\/span><\/p>\n

When the cat fell, the whole stadium gasped, but the flag broke its fall just enough.\u00a0 Then a fan held it up like Simba in\u00a0<\/span>“The Lion King”<\/i><\/b>, and everyone cheered.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>Someone\u00a0<\/span>filled<\/span><\/a>\u00a0a pothole in Florida with a banana tree.\u00a0 The county says it’s a private drive, so it’s up to the residents to fix it.\u00a0 (Here are some of the neighbors talking about it.)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>Here’s an unlikely victim of the pandemic:\u00a0 FAX MACHINES\u00a0<\/span>might<\/b><\/a>\u00a0finally go away for good, and almost everyone agrees it’s overdue.\u00a0 But hospitals still use them for test results and medical records, so it’s not as easy as it sounds.<\/span><\/p>\n

A lot of medical info hasn’t been digitized, so doctors still rely on paper records.\u00a0 And it’s caused huge bottlenecks during Covid.\u00a0 So why do we still use them?<\/span><\/p>\n

Well, faxes can’t be hacked, and you get a receipt when they’re delivered.\u00a0 So that’s why hospitals and lawyers still use them.\u00a0 And until now, the mentality was “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”\u00a0 But the pandemic showed the system IS broken.\u00a0 So now there’s a big push to finally move on from fax machines and find a better solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>On “The Tonight Show”, Pete Davidson explained why he had to get three dogs during the pandemic.\u00a0 (It was because whenever he would leave for an extended period, the dog would get attached to whoever was watching it, so he would leave it and go get another one.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
