\u27a2<\/span> The National Toy Hall of Fame just announced the\u00a0<\/span>finalists<\/span><\/a>\u00a0for its 2021 class, including: American Girl Dolls . . . Battleship . . . billiards . . . Cabbage Patch Kids . . . a pi\u00f1ata . . . Risk . . . and Settlers of Catan.\u00a0 <\/span>The winners will be voted on by toy industry experts . . . plus public voting at\u00a0<\/span>ToyHallOfFame.org<\/b><\/a>\u00a0for the next week.\u00a0 Around three of the 12 toys will wind up getting inducted.\u00a0 They’ll be announced on November 4th.<\/span><\/p>\n

Risk was also nominated last year, but it didn’t make the cut.\u00a0 The three that DID make it in last year were: \u00a0Jenga, sidewalk chalk, and Baby Nancy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2<\/span> Video of a 12-year-old cyclist\u00a0<\/span>beating professional cyclists<\/span><\/a>\u00a0during the Tour of Britain is making the rounds.\u00a0 Here is the moment Xander Graham rode up on the sidewalk and not only kept pace with the pros . . . but was faster than them at some points.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2<\/span> Somebody’s doorbell\u00a0<\/span>cam<\/span><\/a>\u00a0filmed two women try to open their front door, and then leave in a hurry when they realize it’s the wrong house.\u00a0 (This happened in Toronto back in July, but the video is making the rounds now.)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a2 <\/span>First off, can we just take a moment to wrap our heads\u00a0around the fact that\u00a0the movie version of\u00a0<\/span>“Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”<\/i><\/b>\u00a0is celebrating its 20th anniversary already?\u00a0 Like . . . are we really that old?<\/span><\/p>\n

To celebrate this milestone,\u00a0<\/span>DAME<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>HELEN MIRREN<\/b>\u00a0will be hosting a four-part competition series called\u00a0<\/span>“Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses”<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0 It’ll air later this year on Cartoon Network and TBS . . . then later go\u00a0to\u00a0HBO Max.<\/span><\/p>\n

The show will have fans testing their knowledge to be crowned “House Cup Champion”.<\/span><\/p>\n
