A new study has found that people who excessively drink coffee &#8212; six to eight cups a day, are less likely to die than those who don&#8217;t drink coffee.\u00a0 The study looked at 500,000 people in the UK throughout three decades. People who drank two to five cups of coffee per day were 12% less likely to die over the 10-year period. The study also found that those who drank six to eight cups a day were 16% less likely to die early and those who drank eight or more were 14% less likely to die early. Richard was on the sidelines with Nazareth, which is strange, because parents aren&#8217;t usually allowed there.\u00a0 And he was dressed up like a REF, because he DOES work as a ref, although obviously not for this game.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But, apparently, he weighed in on a few of the tough calls the real refs were making.\u00a0 And, of course, those all went for Nazareth, who ended up winning the game.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So now, some parents from Simeon are SUING.\u00a0 They&#8217;re calling for Richard and the other refs from the game to lose their jobs, and for Nazareth to be stripped of the win.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Richard is denying that he swayed any of the calls . . . although he DID write on Facebook after the game that, quote, &#8220;I made sure the best team won.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SHOPPING DYNASTY:<\/u><\/strong><u><br \/>\n<\/u>With many of us warming up the credit cards for Black Friday and others holding out for Cyber Monday, here\u2019s a heartwarming story about a \u201cconsumer holiday\u201d \u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Chinese internet retailer Alibaba made $31 BILLION in one day after making up a shopping holiday.\u00a0 \u201cSingles Day\u201d was started by college students in the 1990s as a version of Valentines Day on Nov 11, honoring all those who\u2019ve yet to wed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alibaba, spotting an opportunity, helped develop it into a major shopping day for singles to woo that special someone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>How major? The San Diego Zoo says the birth of a siamang ape came as a big surprise to zookeepers since the mother was on birth control. The zoo says 37-year-old Eloise, a type of gibbon, was on chemical contraception for several years after having six babies with her mate, Unkie. This surprise baby was the first siamang born at the zoo in more than 12 years. Animal care manager Jill Andrews told the San Diego Union-Tribune, &#8220;We&#8217;re not certain why birth control didn&#8217;t work in this case, but as with humans, it is not uncommon for contraceptive failure to happen from time to time.
