Fearing an emergency, she rushed back.\u00a0 After it was determined that it was a false alarm, she found out that others were receiving similar phantom calls.\u00a0 By the hundreds.\u00a0 From the same hospital phone line.\u00a0 A phone company rep tried to talk her through finding a possible line on the fritz. She walked into a lab and found the culprit. He passed away from cancer in 1998 at the age of 57.<\/p>\n<p><strong>_____________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TODAY\u2019S GOOD NEWS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When a school bus driver allegedly hit a parked vehicle in Buffalo, a sixth-grade student took the initiative to do the right thing \u2014 leave a note.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s according to\u00a0a viral tweet\u00a0posted by\u00a0Andrew Sipowicz, who credits the actions of the child with saving him thousands of dollars. The company that operates the school bus has since confirmed the incident and commended the anonymous student&#8217;s response.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sipowicz,\u00a0a\u00a0senior at Buffalo&#8217;s\u00a0Canisius College, had parked his car along a street; when he returned,\u00a0he found that the car had been damaged. But it was only when Sipowicz saw a note left on the Mustang that the details became clear. \u00a0The note was left by a 6<sup>th<\/sup> grader and said in part\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She hit and run &#8230; I saw what happened,&#8221; it said, before continuing\u00a0a bullet-point list:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sorry\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; Driver seat left door\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; a lady in the bus driver seat 449<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He used the information to contact the company that operates the school bus. A supervisor responded to the scene and the company said in a statement that it will cover the cost of the repair and a rental through its insurance process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sipowicz&#8217;s tweet thanking the student has received more than 800,000 interactions on Twitter. With the Arrow method, you organize your week in the shape of an arrowhead, so you start off your week by doing the most work on Monday, then schedule your duties so they gradually taper down to the end of the week.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By Friday, you\u2019ll only have a few easy tasks left to do, rather than that big elephant of a job you\u2019ve been putting off since Monday morning. And if you don\u2019t get to everything early on?
