Four U.S. veterans are\u00a0<\/span>rowing across the Atlantic<\/b><\/a>to raise money for service members with PTSD.\u00a0 They left Spain on December 12th and should make it to the Bahamas this month.\u00a0 Their charity is\u00a0<\/span>Foar From Home<\/b><\/a>.\u00a0 “Foar” is a play on words, combining “far,” “oar” and the number “four.”\u00a0 They’ve already raised over $700,000.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

In animal news:\u00a0 A\u00a0<\/span>swan<\/b><\/a>landed on a frozen river in Massachusetts on Tuesday and got stuck to the ice, but firefighters rescued it.\u00a0 And a\u00a0<\/span>tortoise<\/b><\/a>\u00a0on an island in the Atlantic was just named the oldest ever.\u00a0 His name is Jonathan, and he’s at least 190 years old.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Did you hear about the\u00a0<\/span>medical helicopter that crashed<\/b><\/a>in Philadelphia last week?\u00a0 The pilot and all three people on board made it out alive, including the two-month old baby that was being transported.
