Garth Brooks has announced a concert for Foxborough, Massachusetts.<\/p>\n
Set for May 21st, at Gillette Stadium, this will mark his first time at the home of the Patriots, and is\u00a0his only stadium date in New England.<\/p>\n
Garth said this is where the idea of a stadium tour began.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey said, \u2018Hey, man \u2013 you need to do stadiums.\u2019 I told \u2019em I wouldn\u2019t even know how to start. They said, \u2018Come on up!\u2019 So we went up\u2026walked the field\u2026talked to them\u2026and they were the reasons \u2013 really \u2013 why we started the Stadium Tour. Supposed to be there last year, of course, with the pandemic. Boston or that New England area doesn\u2019t get the term \u2018The Capitol of Country Music,\u2019 but I can tell you anybody \u2013 anybody \u2013 that\u2019s ever played there will tell you the same thing \u2013 they know their country music inside and out.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
