A resident of Chatham, Tanya Houston peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, June 25, 2018 at the London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Campus in her 57th year after a long battle with cancer.<\/p>\n
Tanya was the daughter of Harvey & Marg Jenner of Charing Cross.<\/p>\n
Beloved wife of Allon “Al” Meredith for 17 years.<\/p>\n
Loving step-mother of Chase Meredith of Chatham.<\/p>\n
Sister of Mike & Tracey Jenner of Charing Cross.<\/p>\n
Aunt of nieces, nephews and great-aunt of great-nieces & great-nephews.<\/p>\n
Tanya was an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, Washington Redskins & the Toronto Maple Leafs.<\/p>\n
Family to receive friends on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm & 7:00 – 9:00 pm and on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm & 7:00 – 9:00 pm. at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. A Celebration of Tanya’s life will be announced at a later date. Cremation has taken place.<\/p>\n
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance – Diagnostic Imaging or the Canadian Cancer Society.<\/p>\n
