When he has a feeling, or he knows for sure . . . he goes for it. He went [ring] shopping with his nana and his mom. [He] showed up at my house at 3:00 a.m. . . at my parents&#8217; house . . . while I was sleeping, and proposed to me. I thought I was dreaming. I had no idea. I woke up the next morning engaged.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Meanwhile, Kane and Katelyn&#8217;s duet &#8220;Thank God&#8221; has hit #1 on Billboard&#8217;s Country Airplay chart.
