Carrie Underwood was asked what Christmas is like around her house, and she seems to enjoy toiling in the kitchen.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ll spend all day cooking. I\u2019ll make a small turkey, even though I don\u2019t eat turkey. I\u2019ll make myself some tofurkey; cranberry sauce, of course. Of course, sweet potato casserole. You have to have that. That\u2019s one of my favourites because it\u2019s a side dish and dessert, but I\u2019ll just make a ridiculous amount of food. Just celebrate, have a fire, we wait for Santa and open our presents, then we\u2019re off to see the next group of family. It\u2019s all about watching it through my sons\u2019 eyes and just getting to spend time with family.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
