{"id":37511,"date":"2023-12-14T05:55:36","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T10:55:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/?p=37511"},"modified":"2023-12-14T05:08:53","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T10:08:53","slug":"luke-combs-raising-money-for-woman-sued-by-his-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2023\/12\/luke-combs-raising-money-for-woman-sued-by-his-team\/","title":{"rendered":"Luke Combs Raising Money For Woman Sued By His Team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Luke Combs is raising money to help a woman who was sued by his team.<\/p>\n<p>Amazon seller Nicol Harness claims she had no idea a lawsuit had been filed against her in Illinois federal court until her account was frozen and a judge ordered to her to pay $250,000.<\/p>\n<p>Nicol has congestive heart failure and makes ends meet by selling homemade tumblers and T-shirts on Amazon.<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s a big Luke Combs fan and recently started selling tumblers with his likeness on them after she saw him in concert this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, it got her wrapped up in a crazy lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Luke&#8217;s camp works with an outfit that goes after counterfeit merch companies. Last month, a judge ruled a bunch of them have to pay damages, including Nicol . . . to the tune of $250,000.<\/p>\n<p>She doesn&#8217;t have anywhere close to 250 grand. She only sold 18 Luke tumblers and made less than $400 on them.
