How was the bellybutton created on the canal snow bear.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Valerie Duhamel the artist\u00a0behind the snow bear that appeared this week on Montreal&#8217;s\u00a0Lachine Canal. The bear was wide \u2014 at about 12 feet \u2014\u00a0making the jump from the bear&#8217;s outline to its belly button almost impossible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hundreds of Canadians have sent in theories as to how the bear got its navel \u2014 and very few of them guessed the truth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It was five snowballs, lobbed successfully into the middle of the bear.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>She was surprised by the media attention her creation has received.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yes, it was five snowballs thrown in the same place. One in particular, an LA Kings replica championship ring, came his way when he was about to abandon his music dream forever. Jimmie&#8217;s grandmother had died just a few months before his son was born and he was feeling pretty down and out. He decided to take in an LA Kings hockey game back in 2014 and that&#8217;s when he knew he had to keep pursuing music.<strong>\u00a0[&#8220;Nothing was going on in my musical life and I was just frustrated.
