Tom Grotting, who claims he came up with the idea six years ago, says\u00a0that outside temperatures need to reach below 0 degrees F before the pants will stand on their own. Two cops were nearby checking out a drug complaint, so Justin asked them if they&#8217;d give him a jump.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But when they came over, they got suspicious when they saw his ignition key was BROKEN.\u00a0 So they ran his plates . . . and they found out Justin was driving a STOLEN CAR.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But that wasn&#8217;t all.\u00a0 While the cops were dealing with Justin, a 55-year-old guy named Michael Lewis randomly wandered up to see what was going on . . . and the cops realized HE had an outstanding warrant for shoplifting.
