Gloria Mary Konecny of Walkerton passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024, a day early of her 84th birthday at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley. Gloria and her late husband, Jim, farmed in Wabash for many years.<\/p>\n
Beloved mother of Jamie of Canmore, Alberta, Stephanie (Wayne) Smydo of Port Elgin, and Todd (Karen) of Formosa. Cherished by her grandchildren Stacey, Sonja (Jon), Mark (Courtney), Joshua (Justine), Krista (Nich) and great-granddaughter Thea. She will be missed by her sister-in-law Lillian McMath of Chatham and many nieces and nephews.
\nGloria is predeceased by her husband Jim, sister Rosalie (Nicholas) Skleryk, brother Ed (Susan Goodson) Hradowy, parents Stephen and Mary Hradowy, sister-in-law Frances (Paul) Kacer, and brother-in-law Pat McMath.
\nFriends and relatives are invited for visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Cameron\u2019s in Walkerton.\u00a0 Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Immaculate Conception Church, Formosa. Fr. Emmanuel Azike officiating.
