Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” is now #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.<\/p>\n
He’s been at the top of the Hot Country Songs chart AND Billboard Hot 100, the first time ever for a Black male artist.<\/p>\n
And it’s only the second time in history that a Black artist has had the #1 song on both those two charts.<\/p>\n
Beyonc\u00e9 and her song “Texas Hold ‘Em” held that honour earlier this year.<\/p>\n
Shaboozey has been releasing songs for over a decade, so, when it comes to the huge success of his song “Tipsy”, he said, “We were pretty prepared for this moment.”<\/p>\n
