And now he&#8217;s facing felony and misdemeanour charges.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing has been postponed to December, but it&#8217;s not looking good for Morgan. His lawyers tried to get him a slap on the wrist back in April, but prosecutors rejected that.<\/p>\n<p>This source said&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Morgan is being told the best scenario is a 30- to 60-day sentence . . .
