{"id":42002,"date":"2024-12-13T05:45:38","date_gmt":"2024-12-13T10:45:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/?p=42002"},"modified":"2024-12-13T05:39:41","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T10:39:41","slug":"morgan-wallen-pleads-guilty-in-chair-throwing-incident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2024\/12\/morgan-wallen-pleads-guilty-in-chair-throwing-incident\/","title":{"rendered":"Morgan Wallen Pleads Guilty In Chair Throwing Incident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Morgan Wallen pleaded guilty to reduced misdemeanour reckless endangerment charges in a Nashville court on Thursday, December 12.<\/p>\n<p>The country superstar was then sentenced by the judge to seven days of incarceration at a DUI Education Center.<\/p>\n<p>Wallen was also given two years probation, one year for each of Wallen\u2019s misdemeanour charges for reckless endangerment related to his April 7 arrest for drunkenly throwing a chair off of the rooftop of a Nashville bar.<\/p>\n<p>Wallen also has to pay a $350 fine and court fees.<\/p>\n<p>Wallen pleaded conditionally guilty due to judicial diversion, and if he successfully completes the terms of his probation his charges will be eligible for dismissal and expungement.<\/p>\n<p>His attorney said in a statement.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMr. Wallen has cooperated fully with authorities throughout these last eight months, directly communicating and apologizing to all involved.
