An 87-year-old woman in Massachusetts recently fell for a\u00a0scam\u00a0where she bought thousands of dollars in gift cards, because someone claiming to be her grandson said they were in trouble.\u00a0 She took a\u00a0cab\u00a0to Walmart to go through with it, but the driver realized it was a scam, and took her to the police instead.\u00a0 Turns out she’d already been scammed out of $4,000 that day.\u00a0 And it’s the second time the driver has had to help someone in the same situation.<\/p>\n
