A guy in Houston went to smoke weed at an abandoned house last week, and found a 1,000-pound tiger\u00a0in a beat-up cage, secured only with a screwdriver and a nylon strap.\u00a0 He thought he was hallucinating at first, then made an anonymous call to the cops.\u00a0 They found it yesterday, tranquilized it, and moved it to an animal shelter.\u00a0 Here are the neighbors, the police, and the city spokeswoman.<\/p>\n
