{"id":43810,"date":"2025-05-10T07:00:02","date_gmt":"2025-05-10T11:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/?p=43810"},"modified":"2025-05-08T09:13:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T13:13:08","slug":"miranda-lambert-performs-on-american-idol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2025\/05\/miranda-lambert-performs-on-american-idol\/","title":{"rendered":"Miranda Lambert Performs On American Idol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Miranda Lambert took to the American Idol stage to deliver a fiery rendition of her breakout hit single, \u201cKerosene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The performance was a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the song as well as Lambert\u2019s 2005 debut album of the same name, which featured four Top 40 hits on the Billboard Country Chart and has gone on to be certified platinum.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2025\/music\/news\/miranda-lambert-keresene-anniversary-reissue-interview-1236337818\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">During a recent interview with Variety<\/a>, Lambert looked back fondly on her musical journey.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI am proud of this. I\u2019m proud of where I was and where I\u2019ve ended up. I want to share that because I want to encourage younger artists to make a record you would hand your hero. That\u2019s kind of my rule.
