Then one day, Dolly didn&#8217;t show. That&#8217;s when the cast got a letter from her, apologizing for missing rehearsal because her husband, Carl Dean, had passed away.<\/p>\n<p>But Dolly was back with them after only a few days. She wanted to open up to the cast about Carl so they could capture him correctly.
