A photo went viral the other day of a guy walking through Davenport, Iowa carrying a 50-pound catfish.\u00a0 So he got\u00a0fined\u00a0for “noodling” it . . . meaning he caught it with his hands, which is illegal in Iowa.\u00a0 He had to pay a $94 fine, and get a fishing license to avoid a bigger fine.\u00a0 An official with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources talked to the local news about it, along with the guy.<\/p>\n
