{"id":5171,"date":"2019-04-04T09:35:20","date_gmt":"2019-04-04T13:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/?p=5171"},"modified":"2019-04-04T05:27:01","modified_gmt":"2019-04-04T09:27:01","slug":"on-todays-show-131","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/blogs\/mornings\/2019\/04\/on-todays-show-131\/","title":{"rendered":"On Today&#8217;s Show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A DoorDash delivery driver got busted\u00a0last week in California by a family&#8217;s doorbell camera, taking a sip out of the cookies and cream milkshake from Cold Stone Creamery that he was delivering.\u00a0 But the family didn&#8217;t know until they watched the video next day, after their 14-year-old son had already drank the milkshake.\u00a0 The kid says after he watched the video, he brushed his teeth six times.\u00a0 The family just wants an apology from DoorDash, but haven&#8217;t heard back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A study at the University of Oregon found that opening your shades in the morning and letting some sunlight in can kill HALF of the bacteria trapped in household dust.<\/p>\n<p>Researchers found about 12% of the bacteria floating around in a darkened room is able to reproduce.\u00a0 But with the shades open, reproduction drops to about 6%.<\/p>\n<p>A lot of the bacteria it kills is linked to certain respiratory diseases.\u00a0 So it might be even more important to open your blinds during flu season.<\/p>\n<p>They still need to do more research to see how much it affects things like colds.\u00a0 But based on the findings, they say it definitely can&#8217;t hurt to let a little more light in.<\/p>\n<p>And the added bonus is the extra sunlight can give you a boost in vitamin D.<\/p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ENTERTAINMENT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JEFF BRIDGES&#8217;<\/strong>\u00a0character &#8216;The Dude&#8217; from\u00a0<em><strong>&#8220;The Big Lebowski&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0was inspired by a guy named Jeff Dowd\u00a0. . . and he&#8217;s been going through some major health problems over the past couple months. The couple, who got married in 2017, each had their own vlogging careers before merging and creating a blog family empire under their channel, The LaBrant Fam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That channel has 8.7 million subscribers on YouTube. Sav\u00a0has 5 million Instagram followers, her\u00a0husband\u00a0has 4 million,\u00a0Everleigh, Sav\u2019s daughter from a previous relationship, has 4.3 million, and the couple\u2019s 3-month-old daughter,\u00a0Posie, has 1.1 million.<\/p>\n<p>Even Everleigh\u2019s puppy,\u00a0Carl, has an impressive 759,000 Instagram followers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, April Fools\u2019 Day, the couple posted a video on their YouTube channel called \u201cWe Have to Give Our Puppy Away&#8230; Saying Goodbye Forever :(.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The video is a normal vlog, until about 7 minutes in. It cuts to Everleigh face down on the couch, reacting to what Cole calls \u201csad news.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He asks her if she wants to \u201ctell the vlog,\u201d but she refuses. Sav then says they have decided to \u201cgive Carl away to somebody else\u201d because they are too busy to properly take care of him. Cole then says that Everleigh is really sad but they are going to let her &#8220;give him away, to whoever she wants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Everleigh shrugs when Cole asks her who she would give Carl to, and when he asks if she will miss him, she nods. During this, Sav starts to crack up.<\/p>\n<p>Cole then says they have one more thing to tell Everleigh, and Sav whispers, \u201cApril Fools\u2019!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Everleigh then starts to cry again. \u201cToo far?\u201d Cole asks the camera.<\/p>\n<p>Sav says that she didn\u2019t think Everleigh was even going to believe her. Cole says he thought Everleigh was faking her reaction at first.
