An 82-year-old woman in Scotland recently\u00a0got\u00a0fined almost $600 for blasting music for two years to annoy her neighbors.\u00a0 She was mad that their van blocked sunlight from getting into her house.\u00a0When the cops finally showed up after more than a year of complaints, they found Stella had her speakers pointed at the wall toward her neighbor’s house, and she was wearing earplugs.<\/p>\n
She was blasting a song from 1922 called The Laughing Policeman.”\u00a0 Sometimes at 2:00 A.M.\u00a0 And when you hear how annoying the song is, it’s amazing her neighbors lasted two years. She has also moved to a different part of Scotland.<\/p>\n
