The lids are frozen tightly to the carton. Kenneth Morse says he heard commotion inside his home on Sunday night (June 30th) and then discovered the bear in the laundry room. He took some photos of the bear through the window of the room, and shared them on Facebook. He says the bear knocked over the washing machine, causing water to flow into the room, and even ripped up a portion of the ceiling. Local authorities eventually set the bear free.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>RACCOON KNOCKS OUT ELECTRICITY IN ILLINOIS CITY <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This was one lucky raccoon. Officials in Springfield, Illinois, says a curious raccoon broke into an electrical cabinet early Monday (July 1st) and damaged equipment. This knocked out power to 211 customers downtown, including some government facilities. He recalls how the Fourth of July was spent every year on the water with his friends.\u00a0[&#8220;The Fourth of July for me, growing up we would always go to the lake, we didn&#8217;t live on the lake but we would all go to the lake.\u00a0(I)\u00a0had a buddy who had a pontoon and we would always get on the pontoon and you go out and you&#8217;d tie all the pontoons together and just have a big time. This was before, I was younger then, the adults were having more fun than we were, you know it was just to go swim in the water and shoot off fireworks. Basically, water tailgating is what it was. And then as we got older, same thing . . . we would just, us younger kids\u00a0had our own boat and we had as much fun as the adults, but it&#8217;s just a neat time to get away and celebrate.&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Eric&#8217;s tour schedule this weekend is free due to the holiday, but he returns to the road on Friday (July 5th) with a performance at the Ottawa Bluesfest in Ottawa, ON.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garth Brooks \u2013his Saturday night performance at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon featured a choir of 800 singers, which accompanied Brooks for \u2018We Shall Be Free\u2019 and the classic R&amp;B song \u2018Shout\u2019. \u2018Shout\u2019 is a tradition among University of Oregon students, and is blasted out at the end of every third quarter during Oregon Ducks football games.<\/li>\n<li>Kane Brown \u2013 has teased his new song \u2018Rodeo\u2019. He shared on Instagram a video of himself in the studio, lip-syncing and dancing along to a demo version of the song.
