{"id":9655,"date":"2019-09-04T11:00:15","date_gmt":"2019-09-04T15:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/?p=9655"},"modified":"2019-09-04T11:00:15","modified_gmt":"2019-09-04T15:00:15","slug":"dierks-bentley-caught-fishing-without-a-license","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cfcofm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2019\/09\/dierks-bentley-caught-fishing-without-a-license\/","title":{"rendered":"Dierks Bentley Caught Fishing Without A License"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"video-shortcode embed-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" width=\"610\" height=\"355\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/j1OfPPVA6SI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>I&#8217;m not saying Dierks Bentley is a criminal, but he did go fishing without a license in Colorado and had to pay a $139.50 fine because of it.<\/p>\n<p>Even worse, his fans are the ones who ratted him out.<\/p>\n<p>Dierks and Luke Bryan were comparing fishing stories on stage at the Seven Peaks Festival over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>So somebody decided to pass the word onto the Colorado Parks and Wildlife, just in case they didn&#8217;t have the proper licenses.<\/p>\n<p>Turns out they didn&#8217;t, but there still had to be evidence before officials could spring into action&#8230; and wouldn&#8217;t you know it, Dierks made it easy by posting a pic where he&#8217;s holding a brown trout that he caught in Cottonwood Creek, Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>After that made the rounds a local cop saw him walking through town and the next thing you know he&#8217;s in the officer&#8217;s truck paying the fee in cash.<\/p>\n<p>And what about Luke? Well, he didn&#8217;t incriminate himself by posting photos so he&#8217;s still off the hook.
