Feel Good Friday – Make It A Movie Night
December 24, 2020 2:16 pmEvery Friday we team up with the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton-Kent to share ways you can “FEEL GOOD”.
This year has certainly been a challenging one and finding ways to feel good has been just as challenging.
It can all feel overwhelming.
Stress. Anxiety. Fear. Frustration. Worry. Anger. Sadness. Grief. Loneliness. Isolation.
I think we’ve all felt all the feelings.
On this Christmas holiday – the Canadian Mental Health Association suggests cinema therapy! How about a movie night in your social bubble? We aren’t supposed to be gathering this holiday. No big family dinners. No holiday parties.

This allows everyone within your bubble to stay safe, eat some good food, watch some movies that bring you back to your childhood and enjoy #cinematherapy.
Remember that CMHA Lambton Kent is always here for you, even during the holidays, our office provides services and programs. If you are in need of immediate assistance please do not hesitate to reach out to our Mental Health First Response Team, available 24/7 at 1-800-307-4319 (Sarnia) and 1-866-299-7447 (Chatham-Kent).
Merry Christmas from everyone at CMHA-Lambton Kent!”
