Every Friday we team up with the Canadian Mental Health Association – Lambton Kent for FEEL GOOD FRIDAY!  Sharing tips that help you take care of yourself, focus on your mental health, and help you FEEL GOOD!

This week it’s about the important of daily routines.

It helped us through the darkest days of the pandemic, and now as summer winds down and school starts – it’s a great time to get back into a routine.  Consider gradually shifting sleep and wake times, reducing screen time and ensuring predictable mealtimes.
