Every Friday we team up with the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton Kent for Feel Good Friday!

A day to focus on things we can do to take care of ourselves, focus on our mental health and help us FEEL GOOD!

Today we are talking about the power of POSITIVE ANTICIPATION.

“Try taking a moment to picture yourself participating in an activity that you enjoy. Our brains can only focus on a couple of things at a time, so when we have positive anticipatory things in our minds, there is less room for negative thoughts! Positive anticipation can be energizing, motivating and provides happiness that we can draw on when we are facing stress.”
